DOWN WITH THE CAPITALIST GOVERNMENTS OF WAR CRIMINALS!

Despite the barbarism of the imperialist war launched by Anglo-American imperialism headed by the Bush Administration and its acolyte, the Tony Blair British government, assisted by their 'Coalition of the willing' war criminals, despite the mass destruction of innocent lives and the unspeakable sufferings of the Iraqi people under Occupation a year and a half now, the heroic rebellion and resistance of the popular masses of Iraq had raised again the specter of a new Vietnam for the invaders.

The impasse that imperialism and its allies face drives them to new, even more barbaric attacks against the peoples of Iraq, Palestine and the entire region of the "Greater Middle East". The genocidal campaign of the Zionist Army against the Palestinian civil population of Gaza and Sharon's plan of "evacuation" is inseparable part of that offensive as well as an attempt to prevent the establishment of an independent Palestine, as Sharon's adviser himself has cynically admitted in public.

The war not only did not provide imperialism with a way out from the world capitalist crisis but it has exacerbated it both politically and economically. It has already created conditions for a severe political crisis back in the metropolitan countries of Europe and America. The anti-war movement, which emerged with the unprecedented planetary mobilization of February 15, 2003, did not end. Its power is felt in new forms, including the crisis and fall of pro-war governments as it was the case with the Aznar government in Spain.

It is here, in the metropolitan capitalist countries of Europe and America that the most crucial front of the anti-war struggle is situated. The CRFI, the movement which fights to re-found the Fourth International, to regroup the workers vanguard all over the world against the imperialist war and the capitalist system that generates it, calls all the workers and the youth, the anti-war and anti-globalization movements to join forces to deepen the political crisis in the countries responsible for the war, to overthrow them and open the road to workers power and Socialism. Against the permanent war of imperialism, the answer is permanent revolution, the only guaranty for permanent peace.

* End the occupation of Iraq! Imperialist troops out of Iraq and all the Middle East!

Dismantle US, NATO and all imperialist military bases!

Solidarity and full support to the Iraqi resistance! No to colonization, down with a Quisling rule, for a workers' and peasants' government in Iraq!

For the rebellion of the Arab people, for the unity of all of the oppressed masses in the entire Middle East, from the Atlantic to the Gulf, from Palestine and Kurdistan to the Arabian Peninsula and Iran to defeat imperialism! For a Socialist Federation of the Middle East!

Down with Zionism, victory to Intifada! Down with all imperialist schemes and "roadmaps" to strangle the Palestinian liberation movement and fragment the Palestinian people into Bantustans. For the right of national self-determination of the Palestinian people. For a secular Socialist Palestine in its entire historic territory, where Palestinian Arabs and Jews will leave together in peace!

Defend North Korea, Syria and Iran from imperialist intervention!

Dismantle Guantanamo; free all war prisoners of imperialism! Down with the Patriot Act, all "terrorist" legislation and the Police State! Hands off the civil liberties and the social rights of the people!

For the political independence of the working class and of its allies in the anti-war movement from all imperialist and bourgeois agencies. Down with American and European imperialism! Down with NATO and the EU, for the United Socialist States of Europe!

Defeat Yankee interventions in Latin America: Imperialist troops out from Haiti; No to the Plan Colombia; defend the Venezuelan revolution; defeat the Yankee imperialist provocations and threats against the Cuban revolution! For a new Argentinazo, for the extension of the Argentinean revolution in all Latin America and its socialist unity!

Down with all the Capitalist governments of the warmongers and their accomplices! For workers power, the only guaranty for peace!

For the world socialist revolution, the only alternative to the barbarism of decayed Capitalism!

For the re-foundation of the Fourth International, the World Party of socialist revolution!
